I currently use Verizon and they shipped me a Westell 327W and it has not been working properly. Will any modem i buy work with my service?

I would like to think that any modem will work.But most ISP's will have to give you a new one and come and set it up. I recommend calling them and tell them your modem isn't working so they can bring you a new one or troubleshoot it by phone.

Not just any modem will do, but you can call an electronic store and they usually carry the popular ones in that area.. At least it is that way where I live, I have called around about this already...

we have the same modem and we had to have a lot of verizon guys come out so call them do u have wireless Good Luck

You have already paid for the modem. it is part of the package. It should be up to them to make things work correctly for you.

you have to use the one provided that's the only way you can get there service.

it will work but the provider's equipt. is more compatable. i would call verison and tell them you may have a defective unit.

i doubt it contact the provider for service
