Does anyone know how and where to get the skateboard or even the bike?????

You get the skateboard after completing a certain mission.
You get the bike by completing Shop classes.

just keep playing and you will recieve the skateboard and later you'll get a bike after finishing shop class 1

you just gotta play and youll get the skateboard after a mission and the bike after you pass your first shop class
