Why are questions almost always deflected?
I guess smokers couldn't care a less about their own health so why would they care about anyone elses?
Let's hear from smokers and non smokers please. Please don't tell me that the government
is controling your life either if you want 10 points.
Why do people on oxygen tanks still smoke?

I could care less what a smoker does in the privacy of their own home, but please do not invade my lungs or the lungs of those that I love, or the lungs of others without their permission...this is morally and ethically wrong. It has also been proven, by many studies, that second hand smoke is actually more dangerous to someone other than the participant themselves, which does not seem quite fair......give people a choice whether to inhale such toxic poisons...........or just plain inhale it yourself...by yourself....not with your children present!!!! If you'd like emphysema, black lung, lung cancer....if you choose it...no problem...just do not put this upon someone else.

Smoking is an addiction and until lately has been legal. Of course smokers are going to be defensive. Now that it has been made a crime to smoke in certain areas we have to band together and make it a crime to wear to much perfume in hospitals, doctors waiting rooms, etc. There are people with respiratory problems that are adversely affected by it..
Flatulence and body odor should absolutely be outlawed.
Hey.. Now I have been reading that they are outlawing soft drinks in schools. Seems like the extra calories are making kids fat. We absolutely need to control caloric intake. Where does it end???
