some kind of exfoliate would work...if you put lotion on your face it should be oil free lotion. nutreogena has some oil free face lotion.

First off, make sure you wash your face with a face wash everyday to prevent it from getting worse. Usually, zits take almost two weeks to fully disapear. For now, face moisturizer will get rid of the dryness, but if you find out how to get rid of zits any fatser, let me know!

If it's happening to your nose, maybe you're using bad tissues to blow your nose. Puffs tissues are the best because they're soft because they have lotions in them. Otherwise, wash your face and then put lotion on your whole face every night and morning to put moisture in your skin to make it more fresh. I recommend a normal Aveeno because scented lotions don't work very well and they can cause cancer. (This goes with any product which doesn't have a natural fragrance in it like most perfumes)

The Zits are taking the moisture away...Therefore dry skin...
I would recommend that you need to gently massage the area as much as you can... this will stop te zits from collecting moisture and stop the drying skin...
Goodluck..

Use a cotton ball soaked in Hydrogen peroxide and wipe ove infected area. Moisturize with Vitamin E cream....very inexpensive and it is natural. It is an antioxidant and works well to keep you skin hydrated.
