I love Express they carry some cute stuff or you can always try Forever21 it's affordable but they have a strict return policy.

Urban Outfitters. They have really nice stuff and there clothes are "sexy" but not sleezy looking.

i would haf to say urban outfitters!!! They have such cute clothes there. The clothes there have a vintage touch. That is what i love about the place.
