Labor Day is the last weekend of the summer season in Miami and it is a busy weekend. South Beach will be buzzing with tourists and also with street vendors and street performance artists.

Although many toursists find themselves on Collins Ave/A1A, I would strongly reccomend lunch at The Cafeteria on Lincoln Road. It is a great place for lunch and you can sit in the sidewalk cafe portion and really get a feel for the South Beach atmosphere and lifestyle. I would also reccomend dinner at any restaurant on Espanola Way. This is a street that is made to look like an old Spanish neighborhood. The street is lined on both sides with amazing restaurants that are all reasonably priced, provide outdoor seating, and have great food with a latin influence. Finally, you must do the ultimate tourist thing and have a drink and a dance at Mango's on A1A.

Have fun on South Beach!
