I can't stand this chick trying to compete with me all the time. It drives me crazy.

If she's competing with you she must think you are at her level or a good goal to strive for
the only way to make her to stop is to seperate from her skill wise so she can't keep up and has to change her goals
on another note: if you don't like competition you might not be ready for competitive sports and more suited for pick up games

If this were truly the case... then it is good competition.
There will always be someone like this trying to out better you.
The thing to do is just suck it up and play the best ball you can.

If it wasn't for the boys allowing my daughter to play basketball with them, she wouldn't be the elite of her team today. Obviously this girl either a) likes you. b) idolizes you. c) just wants to spend time with you. d) wants to help her own game by playing up. Sounds like she can beat you up out there on the floor. Or you wouldn't mind.....
