Try:

My mom knows how to cope with her problem. She is learning English.

Do you need to know the meaning of the word "doses"? A "dose" is an amount of medicine administered at one time. A sentence might be, "He had to take three doses of medicine every day."

I can assure you that your mom is not sick.

I hope this helps.

1. My mother (mom is slang) knows how to cope with her problem. She is learning English (you can't have two different tenses in the same situation - as in you say that your mom "knew" and then you say she "is"..that's wrong)

2. Doses is the "amount" of medicine that you take at one time. eg. A high dose of that medicine can be dangerous.

3. Remove the question mark - or change it to: Can I reassure you that your mom is not sick.

My mom knew how to cope with her problem. She is learning English.

Doses is simply the plural of dose. Example: Give her three doses of the liquid daily.

I can assure you that your mom is not sick. (This sounds better)

first is okay.

second should be "What does doses mean?" How many doses of the medicine did you take?

3rd sentence - It should not have a question mark.

they look ok to me except needing capital letters. doses is the plural of dose. a dose is like how much you get of medicine. I took two doses of medicine for my migraine and it still didn't work.
