Yep for sure.Did you see the end of the Doctor Who Christmas special where it shows who's all coming in the new series?The Sontarans sure look cool & a lot better than the originals!

I am looking forward to their return but they have got to improve their safety equipment particularly at the back of the neck. Although physically formidable, the Sontarans' weak spot is the probic vent at the back of their neck; a warrior was killed by a well-aimed knife at that spot (The Invasion of Time). Also an acid proof clothing might be good. They are vulnerable to "coronic acid" (The Two Doctors).
