Is that Matthew Laborteaux who played Albert on "Little House on the Prarie" on the Verizon commercials?

I don't think its Ron Livingston on this Verizon commercial. This guys looks exactly like Matthew (Albert) just heavier. Its the commercial with the 2 guys in the office.
