try no longer than an hour, and then take it early like at noon or 11 am and you'll be fine to sleep. Or just go to bed really early like 7-8pm.

the best time is to take a nap in the day time, and then later on, when its night time, you can sleep. when i take a nap in the day time, i can still fall asleep at night too. if that wont help, see a doctor

Try to take a nap earlier in the day if at all possible. The more you are up at night the crankier you are likely to become. But listen to your body. When you are pregnant and your body is demanding rest it's probably best you go ahead and rest.

Take a 30 minute power nap. Set an alarm if you are on lunch at work.

My advise to you would be to rest as much as you can. When I was pregnant I didn't rest much. i had a baby that was up all hours of the night!! So I was very tired!! So sleep when you can! Good Luck!!

12-15 min. try to get your nap in before 3p and definitely before 4p. after 4p your body naturally starts winding down for the night and then if you get up you'll be up all night.

30-45 minutes and it won't make you tired groggy or hard to sleep at night.
