i was in nyc like at the begining of december and i saw a coach purse and my mom got it for me ( haha that was pretty un important!) but now the handle thing is starting to tear, and i want to trade it in for a new one but i lost the little tag thing that shows the waranty on them . ive had coach purses before but ive never had any problems with them so i dont know it please help! this is what it looks like( its very pretty. its the red one!

hmm i am not sure, i have never had a problem with any of my coach purses either. just take it into the store and ask if they can do anything for you. if they say that since you dont have your tag you could try taking it to a leather shop to see what they could do for it.
the people that work at hte coach store near me are not very nice so hopefully the store near you is more friendly and will help you out, good luck!
oh and by the way, i really like that bag! hah.

There is an ID number inside of the purse,but as soon as you get it home you have to call it in and have it registered.That's to insure that you have warranty on it.You can always call and let them know your situation, you just never know they might be willing to bend a little.How about your sales receipt do you still have it?That should do it.Good Luck.

try calling the coach store or coach customer service, maybe they can do something...i am surprised to here that the coach handle is tearing because usually bags that are authentic and are kept in a well and good condition by the customers, there really shouldn't have been any problems...

Well im a guy but i no alot of stuff about tradeing in stuff from my dad!! Here what you shoud do take it back to the store and ask to return the bag but be very nice about it if they say no than say that but i really need the money back to pay for my mothers heart transplant if i dont get any momey than she could die please!!!
