I totally feel you. What you have described up there is pretty much my life- and how i feel about my life. I think you feel non-fitting in, people phobic thing in mind. I don't know you well- but maybe something people interaction related thing triggers you to have urge to quit. For me, social interaction is painful- I get either scared, angry, feeling total self-hatred and enter the world where I want to be alone, completely. But at the same time, there's desperate need for safe connection. Personally, maybe it might help to pop some pills like anti-depressants,etc. Maybe it can boost some feeling, and it might good for your depression. I haven't tried anything like that despite the fact I feel shitty and hopeless everyday. I am still going to college but I have zero friends. I've interviewed more than 10 therapists, but I am still where I am. No progress. So my point is, I've thought about what you have thought about a lot. I think for you, finding right therapist might help you. Do some interview with therapists and pick the one that you click. As for the money, maybe you can get a job that minimizes stressful people interaction? And that way, you can have time to clear your head and gain some money to pay for councelling. Try CBT (I think it works well for guys). Hmm.. I know I am not a big help, but just wanted to point out,you are not all alone going through this painful journey. I wish you all the best. sorry i am not a big help here.

I would recommend not putting lotion on your face unless its made for your face because you never know if it will clog your pores or make your skin more oily. I use Olay Complete face lotion for combination skin, it works great and im 18 so I get the pimples and the dry skin so this works good because it doesn't clog my pores and it helps moisturize my skin. It is fairly in expensive under 10 bucks, so good luck.

I don't recommend it. Lotions designed for the face, and containing SPF 15 or higher (and broad spectrum) are best. Neutrogena and Aveeno have good ones that are inexpensive. Always go with something that says "noncomedogenic" on the label.
Keeping your skin moisturized and protected from the sun is the best thing you can do for it. Also, eating foods high in antioxidants (blueberries and pomegranate are examples).

I don't recommend it. Use moisturizers that are specially made for face. Go to Avon.com or something to find what suits your skin.
