you have to be tough, fast, good cover man and hit hard.............Bob Sanders does all of that of the Colts.........just listen to the experts and theyll say he makes all the difference

a free saftey is a on who has the speed of a corner and can run any one down, a strong safty, thats ur run stop guy, this is ur fast linebacker, can cover running backs as we ll as bring the heat on run plays. people ussually call them weak and strong.

I play Strong Safety and UScalllli. I am second string. You need to be fast and have good perception of where the ball will go next. ost importantly, you need to make tackles! Even if I am second string, I made the team. You will make every team if you do these.

a free safety is mostly used for deep coverage. a strong safety is used for medium coverage. there are a lot of variations .
