definitely neji -- just look at him, he could easily pass for a beautiful girl. gorgeous long black hair, stricking violet eyes (or whatever colour they are)...
and i think neji was intended to be the token bishounen in naruto -- there is no other explanation for his good looks.

Oh, I dunno - it's a toss-up between Neji and Shikamaru. Neji's got that hot angsty thing about him, but Shikamaru has those extremely attractive smarts...
