That is a lot of red and black! Mix it up a little, maybe a jean skirt or something. Denim goes with absolutely everything.

It's just red and black. Add more colors. And I don't like leggings, but wear them if you want.

shade of red etc
materials
tightness and drappery etc of the clothes
shortness of the skirt
types of black detailings
etc...
it could look great
it could look like a nightmare...

i am not a fan of black and red, i like more earthy tones like brown but if that is your style i think that'd be cute.
