Yes, us guys like long hair on a girl, but if you're going to wear it all bunched up on the back of your head, or constantly whine about how much trouble it is, I'd rather you just have it cut and shut up about it.

Maybe their parents make them have long hair or something. Or when they complain, it's simply to be annoying. But tying it back isn't a problem at all because on a lot of girls, long hair in a ponytail just looks good!

Hey, having long hair is harder than it looks! But yeah I agree, it IS annoying when girls won't stop complaining about it. Especially if it's already pulled back! My hair doesn't bug me at all if it's pulled back... But personally, I love my long hair, so I try not to complain. (But odds are those girls are just looking for a compliment- a little boost of confidence!)

I have long hair and LOVE it, I also rarely ever put it up into a ponytail. The rare time I cut it short, I immediately start growing it out long again.

=] I have dark brown hair (almost black looking), that goes down to my lower back, its sleek and shiny, beautifully glossy and straight. There are days however, when it is really windy, or it's too hot, and its just UNBEARABLE to have it draping around me, and sometimes it's just easier to stick it behind you and just try and forget about it. Personally, I really dont whine about it unless it's being a complete JERK and not going anywhere I want it to go. All in all I completley agree with you. Just wanted you to have an inside scoop on why girls complain.
Oh, BTW...when they say something like
Girl: "Gah! I just hate my hair, its so long and ugh, it never behaves!"
YOU say: "Oh no, I love your hair, I like the wild toss-sex look, it looks great on you."
lol, we really only fish for compliments, whethere subconsiously or not.

well It's a woman thing I had shoulder length hair and I wanted it cut so bad,Well when I did I hate it !!!! I miss my Ponytail so bad,I think it made me look younger with my ponytail.Can't wait till my hair gets long again!!

relies upon on the guy. I knew a guy who enjoyed ladies with short hair (like jessica simpson and he or she decrease it) because of the fact he thought it became a woman around the corner element, that he can have confidence and dangle out and yet another guy enjoyed it long reason he instructed me it shows shes greater girly and he can pull her hair and all that stuff, ha!

I love my long hair...is curly by nature, but i have to put it in a pony tail...because i do therapeutic massages and it can be frustrated having to take it out of my face all the time. But when i complained...yeah...is just letting you know...so you can tell me how beautiful i am ^i^♥♥

I loved it, I looked just like Tomb Raider because it was so long. Then the ends got dried because I wanted to keep it long and I had to get 4 INCHES cut off. I am still traumatized, but it's growing back♥
