I am writing a project and i always saved my file on my flash drive so i could make use of it on other computers, i lost all my files while useing the school pc today...would a file recovery software help me find the lost files?

i used my flashdrive at school and while i was still working everthing just vanised..

Are you saying that when you arrived at school, you worked off the flashdrive instead of copying to the hard drive and working on C?
If this is the case, I know of no file recovery for flashdrives.
How did you lost all your files while using the school PC?

Try it, might get it back but 75% of the time your doom!...
