one Jimi quote is = Music is my Religion. That's pretty straight forward, but he also was heard lamenting that he wanted to understand Jesus, but didn't know how to go about it. Jimi sings "Lord Lord Lord" a lot in the live renditions of Red House.
he was one of the most open-minded persons on Earth i think, so he would have considered the benifits of knowing certain things about any religion he had heard about...
but yeah mainly music.
