My name is Mariah. It literally means "stormy winds." The Greek spelling "Moria," while pronounced the same way means "star of the sea." I truly believe that "stormy winds" is one of the best explanations you could attach to me.
An old love called me his "star of the sea" as if I was his guiding light. While that is incredibly romantic, I have a difficult time identifying with anything stable or predictable.

Rain definitely, because it can be gentle and life-giving, and it can also be vengeful and fierce. Rain fits my many moods.
