Well your troupe name should really try to reflect both your troupe members as well as your style of dance. You failed to mention what style(s) your troupe will perform. You also don't mention anything about your troupe. Are you very homogenous group of women who are all of similar age (older women, younger women), are you all very serious, comedic, fun-loving, etc... it's difficult to name something you don't know anything about. You also didn't say if your looking for an arabic type name, an english name, or a name that playes on words from both languages.
Depending on what your troup does you can pick names that go with your style/routines/etc... Some arabic words to keep in mind
Raqs = Dance
Raqsat = Dance of
Raqasa = Dancer
Sharqi = East (Raqs Sharqi = Eastern Dance)
Beladi/Balady = Country, my country, my homeland, of the country
Assaya = Cane (Raqs al-Assaya = Cane Dance)
Shamadan = Candelabra (Raqs al-Shamadan = Candelabra Dance)
You can name you troupe using animals which represent your styles as well. For example if you do a lot of veilwork perhaps you might use the arabic word farasha (butterfly) in your name to reflect that you are light and airy as the butterfly. There are many names you could go with but if you really want help with it you should give us more information to go on.

Your name should reflect what the troupe is trying to do. Is this an amateur troupe for performing in nursing homes, charity events or is this a professional troupe to make bucks?
If you're a professional troupe to make bucks and you need to market yourself, you should have the name reflect the name of the town. After all, we know how alot of people think when they hear the word bellydance. (i.e.sleazy) I don't know what town you're in, but you could name it Miami Middle Eastern Dance Troupe.
If this is just an amateur group to dance for Haflas (Arabic party), nursing homes etc., then you could go for fun names such as Jewels of the Desert, Desert Jewels, Sultaness, Desert Roses, Desert Visions, Desert Dancing Stars, Desert Flowers, Egyptian Pearls, Sweet Egyptian Visions, etc.

As Cassandra mentions, it is difficult to give suggestions without a better understanding of your style, your troupe members, the size of your troupe, etc.
You could use a name that combines the names of the troupe members, or uses their initials. Also, you could go online and search for dance troupes. Perhaps seeing the names of other dance troupes will give you some ideas. That, along with Cassandra's suggestions, could help you come up with a good name.
