to hate him, you have to pay attention and notice them. the more attention you give them, the more you feel you know them. you feel bad and don't want to hate so it turns to love. advice: forget it, it's not worth the hate and don't invest in someone you hate in the first place. it's nnot gonna work cuz it was hate that attracted you to them.
