I am looking for some place warm with reasonable price of living and rent.... any ideas?

I do not know where you are living now. All I know is that property is cheaper in the south, i.e Texas, Arkansas, Tennessee. We looked for property and these states were way cheaper than California.
Go to Yahoo Real Estate--click on rentals--type in a city and state. You can compare the cities that you would like to live in.

El Paso Tx. is warm is in the top 10 cities with less violence. And the people there is very friendly, and you will find very reasonable price of living.
