How many people go to your job and literally have nothing to do?

Do you just sit around? search the internet? look like you are busy?....what?

I had that happen at a job where I was required to be there for 10 hours a day with only about 1 hour of work to do. My boss wouldn't put the internet to my brand new PC, but would give me video games to play all the time. I actually used the time to get my MCSE!

I have never been that lucky, take advantage of the situation. Why would somebody pay you to just sit around? Poor management, they will not stay in business very long.
