Some say he is already dead. But until evidence shows otherwise the hunt must continue or until proof is shown. Hopefully the "new" congress will not cut back the military so that they cannot perform their duty of protecting America.

While I don't believe that Osama died in 2001! I do think he is dead already. Been too long since we last heard from him. Last tape seen from him was in October 04 right before the president election. I know that the midterm elections are not as popular as the presidential elections however he should have still reared his diabolical head.

I read today that his buddy Mullah Omar said he has not seen him in 2 years, that they have been in touch via email. As his credibility is suspect at best, I tend to believe the other reports that claim he died in August last year of Typhoid. This, coupled with the real fact that we haven't had a clearly current communication in about 2 years...I believe the subhuman is dead.
Nothing left to capture.

No, not as long as the Sunni Muslims continue to shield him in accordance with the commandment in the Qu'ran. It would be easier to find a needle in a hay stack.

Ha! No.
Simply because nobody is trying.
Capturing Bin Laden would take away W's entire reason for his trumped-up "war on terror," and would end the gravy train for his defense contractor buddies. You can't tell me our military is so incompetent that they let him "slip away" when they had him cornered in Afghanistan...they LET him go, on orders. W doesn't want him captured, he wants to keep him out there as a "boogey man" he can use to scare his citizens with.

This is a very good question.
I do not think that the U.S. Government is even looking for Osama.

With any luck, the SOB is rotting in hell as we speak. Otherwise, someone in his inner circle will have to betray him. One comforting thought is that is that sorry sack of excrement still lives, he lives in hiding, afraid for his sorry life and unable to see the light of day.

Yes we can....if Bush gives the orders to do so. I really believe Bush doesn't want him captured as of this time, if he did our troops would have him by now.
