I highly doubt it. ANY late amount will more than likely go against your credit score (rating). Use a lot of caution before attempting this practice.
You will be a BIGGER loser in the long run. Being LATE is a bad habit to get in to. If this is a common problem, then you need to decide what true NEEDS are in your life, and what the WANTS are. You MUST take care of the NEEDS FIRST!
You WILL want that credit score to be high as possible some day. It affects the interest rate you pay on loans, your ability to even acquire a loan, and any future employers will/can look at your personal "rap sheet". This tells a lot about your character to a potential employer as well.
So, consider the harm you are doing to yourself by being late.
Try to discipline your finances better if at all possible. You will be a winner in the long run.

I'm assuming the due date is this week - otherwise you'd prolly wait til next week to pay the whole thing.
If thats the case -- then I would go ahead and pay what you can now. Phone companies, can be a b%$#, but if you pay a good portion on time --- they are ussually much cooler about paying the rest a bit late.
Depends entirly on the company though.

I have AT&T and it says on the bill, to at least pay a certain % , but you would still have to make up the rest eventually. That is so you won't get disconnected..

No, cell phone companyies require full payments by law and wil not except other than that. If late, it will work out as a bigger payment.

As long as you pay it off before the due date you can do whatever you want!

You can try to get away with it - if you aren't already 30+ overdue, you can probably do it.
