supposedly when the bracelet falls off your wish comes true and there are different colors lets say blue means health you make a wish about health

Sounds like those magnetic things folks such as Uri Gellar promote. Yes, pure fiction. It could also be woven stuff. Same thing.

i think it sounds fun! probably not going to come true but it's like those e-mail links people always send saying that ur wish will come true in 5min. and stuff like that!
