Well being that I have had a little experience with immigration I can give a little advice. For starters you can marry her but this will not allow her to stay in the states while you petition for her to become a citizen of the US. Now after u get married u still have to undergo paperwork through INS to make her a resident then a Citizen. Before u petition I want to let u know u will have to prove that u have known your wife at least 2 to 3 years before filing. If u can't make this happen then your case 9 times out of 10 will be denied. You will have to prove that she has come to visit u in your country and that you have visited her in china. You will have to provide airline ticket stubs as well as passports/and or visas for the dates. Proof of communication between the 2 of you and if you can't provide any of this it will become very hectic. Don't think for a minute just because you are an american citizen that u will be cut any slack. Because believe it or not us americans still get treated as if we are the foreigners ourselves even though we pay taxes year after year and abide by all the laws they still put us through hell trying to bring a love one into the states even after being married. It took me 9 mos after my wedding before I finally succeeded in bringing my husband to the states. And I caught hell until I got on the plane to go and get answers myself face to face with the Embassy. I wish you 2 all the luck in the world and may God bless your union as he has mine.

Most states don't require a fishing license for ocean fishing, only fresh water. You'd have to check with the NC dept of fish and game. Out of state licenses are temporary, you pick it up when you get there. You can get an non-resident license for just a week period.

Are you marrying for the right reasons? Have you dated for a year or more? Been engaged long? Are you familiar with the Chinese customs? Is she familiar with your customs? Is all OK in those areas?
I mean, anyone can get married... But this is sneakily sounding like a marriage of convenience... Your choice.
Best bet... Go to your local County Clerk's office. They'll tell you what you need to do.
Best of luck.

Yes you can but she will still have to return to China and you will have to go through all the paperwork and such to get a spousal visa.

you need to check the laws in your state and laws period about how to go about marrying an immigrant.
because they will make visits to your home and interview you two just to make sure she isn't just trying to become a citizen, and you two are really in love.
Had a friend that did that, I live in TX, they did it for citizenship though and had an understanding. he kept clothes at her house in case they came by... and they created a fake joint checking account...you know played them off...but just be really careful about people using you...
not saying she is...but just be careful.

Yeah....I guess that's what you do. Do you even know her beyond her vacation? If so, that's not a whole lot of time to get to know her to know you want to marry her.
