Unfortunately this can be difficult.

The only place that will keep track would be where you initially received the shots. But I'm pretty sure that most medical offices only keep records for 10 yrs after they have stopped seeing a pt. Sometimes they keep them longer, but they are required to for 10. So if you are looking for childhood immunizations, this could get difficult.

Also, If you went to college, they might have a copy still on file.

Otherwise, there really are no certain authorities that will keep record of this for you.

I went through the same thing when I was applying for med school. I had to dig up old records from my parents file folders.

Good luck!

Go to all your doctors you had growing up. I think they have to keep your records for a long time, not sure. Just line up and get the new shots. They are only good for like 5 years.

Write a letter to whom ever was you doctor and ask for a copy. Some office somewhere has to have the records.
