Get on your favorite search engine and type this..... hold on a second. Lets say you have a card that is Whitey Ford manufactured by Topps. Just type in Topps Whitey Ford along with card number on back and year of card. Just look on back of card and if the stats on back lets say is 1955 stats then the card is a 1956 card. But dont use internet as the only source of the worth of card. Just use it as a guide line. Try to attend as many card shows as you can to get a hands on on what a card is really worth. Ive been collecting Baseball cards for over 55 years and just cant seem to quit. Enjoy your hobby its a lot of fun Bill
