What is the best way to get rid of phyco exgirlfriend. i have not sopeken to her for two years and still she cant get the message that we are over and wants to catch up! she caused me a lot of grief and will not let her back into my life!

Whatever you do dont have any contact with her. Just dont ever return a response and she will meet someone else to psyche out on eventually and the monkey will be off your back.

If she is truly psycho and if you fear that she will cause you bodily harm then maybe you want to start recording her calls(threats).So that you can get an order of protection for her not to contact you in any way.If it's not the case that she isn't all what you say that she is.Then maybe you might want to think about what type of messages that you are sending her.If your truly done don't accept anything from her not even a call,hug,handwave

Communicate with your ex girlfriend one time to tell her that you do not want her to contact you again. Be very clear and do not be sympathetic or be drawn into conversation. Simply say things like, "Please do not call or email me anymore." You don't need any more explanation than that. If you do this by phone, hang up after you have made your point (you don't need to convince her that you're right, or argue about the past, and it's better not to). If you do it by email, do not respond to her response.
If she persists afterwards, please contact an attorney about your options. Stalking should be taken seriously if that's what you're dealing with. (It's hard to tell from the question whether it is stalking or just an occasional "let's catch up" email. If it the latter and it truly is just occasional, I recommend just ignoring it and not responding.)

well the police can help you if talking to her does not work.
Tell her that you liked what the two of you had but that you are seeing someone else now and things are looking serious.
If needbe, tell her you are having a baby with another woman.
If that does not work have your sister to call and cuss her out.
Post her number here and someone will do it for you.

get off the pot and be honest tell her straight up tell her how you feel. .then run far and fast change yur phone number move, put a restraining order on her. tell her she does not exist in your world and the past was just a horrible nightmare that your glad to be rid of.

If you do not want to communicate with her then try blocking her..Dont be mean,,just show her that she is wasting her time with you...If you know any of her friends then tell them to get it thru to her that you wish her to leave you alone...Change your phone number,,email address,,or block her on your emails..Do all you can to be a gentleman with this..You may not want to talk to her anymore but remember she does have a heart...God bless you and I pray you find a peaceful solution...

I can't believe that after 2 years these people expect you to talk to her and let her down gently crap. Don't talk to her, avoid her, ignore her and if she persists crack out that restraining order lil buddy thats what they're there for !!!

tell her you slept with her brother
tellher you slept with her mother
tell her you have just got your latest girlfriend pregnant
tell her you are gay
tell her you will only do anal sex with her
tell her that you are into bondage and want to tie her up then leave her tied up after maybe six hours if she hasn't got free then call the emergency services to go and "rescue" her... that should really do it after of course taking some photos of her all tied up and which you will of course give a copy of to all her friends
