If I remember correctly, I think the one kidnapper (the one who never talks) killed her while the other kidnapper (steve buscemi) was going to get the money from jerry. Steve comes back and sees the woman lying on the floor and he asks what happened to her and the other kidnapper says she wouldn't shut up or something like that.

she gets put through a wood chipper and then the pregnant cop shows up (and catches the kidnapper) finishing putting her through the chipper.

She tried to escape and fell down the stairs and broke her neck and died.
