My 18 year old daughter was killed in a car wreck in May 2006. A girl, Billie Hurd bil_l_rhea is using her picture on her my space, also some how she has access to my daughters pass word to her my space. How can I get her password changed and how can I get my daughters picture off of this girls my space? This girl caused her nothing but heartache. I can prove I am her Mother with birth and death certificates and everything in between PLEASE help me I dont want her picture or pass word associated with this girl. Kerissa Cazires Mother

im very sorry for the loss of your daughter...go to edit profile and change password....and change it..u could also try to contact myspace and tell them about it

well do you know your late daughters password ? or do you have a way of getting it ? if so log on and if you go to account setting right to the right of her picture. Click on it then change password should be like the second or third one down . and change her password or if you want you can even delete her account in less you have it set up as a memorial to her. sadly in less you email tom and see if he can do something which i doubt he can i don't think there is anyway you can stop this other girl from putting up a picture of your daughter. sorry.

First of all I'm sorry for your loss,it sounds like your having a hard time dealing with it,and now someones accessing your daughters code.as far as getting your daughters picture off of my space you might be reaching for the stars..If this Billie has the code,she at one time of another must have been a very good friend of your daughter.I wish you luck...

I am so sorry about your loss... that is a terrible thing to have to go through.
I sugjest you first report her profile to Tom or whatever his name is... tell him what is going on. Change your daughters password, and set her profile to private if it hasn't been done already, as well as block the girl. Each of those things will prevent her from even viewing your daughters profile.

well first of all, i'm sorry about your daughters death. Second of all, you can change your daughter's password by signing onto her account and going onto "account setting" and then there you will see "change password" and you just click on it and change it, or you can just delete the whole myspace account by also going to "account settings" and on the top, written in red it says "cancel my account" and you click that and then you follow what they tell you ! good luck !!

write on that girl's wall that if she does not leave your daughter's name and password alone, you have the right to sue her for invasion of your daughter's privacy.
