Our current president is a mouth-piece of an arguable intelligence. The purpose of a mouth-piece is to echo what has been said to him in laymans terms, this requires some degree of edification and eloquence. Our president lacks both. It is akin to asking a chain-saw juggling circus performer to dice your onions, sure they'll end up in small bits, but I'm not sure you would prefer to use them.
