Taking a look at the BBC site, they have a list of transmitters and areas covered. Looks like Poplar would be the nearest?

Point your aerial towards Crystal Palace unless there is a building in the way then you may need to locate an alternative transmitter to receive pictures.
Search the internet on Google for transmitter locations and try pointing your aerial at that location.

Romford on the full isn't racist in any respect yet some bits are a lot rougher than others - saying Romford covers a mess of sins, it covers the kind of great area so i might want to do slightly study into precisely the position it truly is - lookup the postcode on streetmap and then ask lower back!
