George Bush, Dick Cheney, and the Saudi royal family have not had their secret meeting to fix gasoline prices since crude declined in price. (There are also some 'cronies' who need to attend the meeting.) Something about being busy with services for Gerald Ford and the BCS Bowl games.

A barrel may cost $56 but how easy is it to get the barrel in the first place? Lack of supply to where it is needed.
