if he treats you right then continue to date him, your friend is entitled to have her own opinion but if she is really your friend then she will respect your decision to date who you choose whether they are popular or not...

it is easy - GO WITH YOUR HEART!! if your friends pick on him - while you are dating, than i would question your friends!!! if you see something in him and want to learn more - who cares what other people think.....you do what is right for you. those who pick on him, or you for dating him, arent worth the time they are wasting.
