Their url's have .html but are followed by "?" and so on. Are the pages static or dynamic? how can you tell what programming language is used?

they probably use PHP or ASP and on there server they just set it up so .html pages can act like ASP or PHP pages

The pages are definitely dynamic. You can't tell what programming languages are used, but you can make guesses. They have a few jsp and aspx links, so I would say the definitely have JSP and ASP .NET support. Beyond that, there's no way to tell what languages are involved. They might have some C++ code running on a middleware server, or Python code somewhere else.

But I'm betting its mostly Java and C#.
