Unfortunately, you cannot cover up facial hair with makeup.
You can try threading or waxing. Evaluate local salons that offer these services and look for someone with experience. Threading is good because it's less harsh on the skin. However, it is not offered as commonly as waxing. Waxing is really quick but you risk getting burned or loosing some skin if the aesthetician isn't experienced or diligent.
If you use Retin-A or a similar product you must avoid waxing or you risk damaging your skin. These types of medication increase cell turnover and thin your skin, making it prone to a few layers peeling off with the wax. You must consult your doctor/dermatologist for safe alternatives.
If you do got to an aesthetician, be sure to let her know what products (prescription or non-prescription) you are using.
Bleaching might work if you have pale skin. Otherwise, you will see white or blond hairs show up against a darker background.
You might consider laser removal or electrolysis. However, these procedures are costly and you must only go to a trusted professional. Advances in laser removal make it seem preferable to electrolysis.
Whatever you do, do not shave or you will have unsightly stubble or a five o'clock shadow.
If you do not want to remove your facial hair, then your best bet is to play up your eyes.

I had a similar problem. Growing facial hair is difficult for some people as it grows in patches, I have been advised by the doctor to eat healthy and apply olive oil which was a really odd advice. It didn't work for me at all but I bought a book that was just released not long ago explaining how to grow facial hair and what's the process. Mainly it's about what food you need to eat and washing your face with certain scrubs. I am just starting to follow the instructions and waiting to see the result.

Most hair removal methods are temporary and painful.
Many people prefer to make their body and facial hair less noticeable by bleaching.
Detailed information about the effectiveness of bleaching is available at http://www.hairremoval.in/hairbleach.html

I'm not sure that make up will hide hair. I Know it's not pleasant but have you thought of waxing? Or if thats not for you they have stuff that will take the hair off pretty painlessly like nair, just make sure it says for the face.

Sry makeup will do no good...
just go to a store like walmart/ target get bleach for facial hair. It will lighten it so you cant see it.. or get it waxed... which is slightly painful.. or just get facial cream hair remover like nair or veet or sally hansen... Hope it helps

You don't cover it; you remove it. Use Nair or Neet. If you can afford it, laser treatments will get rid of it permanently. Hair still shows through make-up.

You really can't, the best way to go is to either bleach it, wax it or use one of those hair removal creams. You can buy any of these at you drug store.

Use something to make them blonder~ with make-up use a gold or yellow powder. I would suggest bleaching it though. You can do that easily and inexpensively from home.
