I have no money right now to even afford a prescription if i went to the doctor or emergeny. Can anyone please help me asap so how. I think my immune system is low cause its like i keep getting sick and i live in miami! Ive been taking theraflu, sudafed, benedryl, everything. I have been on motrin and penecillin for a tooth infection also. Can penecillin make your immunce system go bad? if so how can i recharge?

Antibiotics make you more susceptible to fungus infections (yeast, athletes foot etc.) Good wholesome food - skip the refined carbs like white flour products and any kind of sugar. Your body will build up with time. As for the nose - put Vaseline up it to keep it moist (although FL should not be a problem) I use Vicks vapo rub up my nose for the same reason - dries out and bleeds and this tends to open up the breathing too - but it is not recommended for putting it up your nose I just do anyway.

Sounds like you have a stuffy head, which can be relieved by a decongestant, over the counter. The nose bleeds most likely are from being dried out by the Sudafed. Little capellaries can burst and the bleeding starts. Antibiotics do affect our energy level and immune system, depending on how long we take them.

Your tooth infection could be a sinus infection rather than a bad tooth.

Keep full of fluids, for now just wipe your nose, no blowing and eat healthy foods like chicken soup. Believe it or not, something in it helps congestion.

If you're not feeling better soon, suggest you go to a county clinic and tell them you need to see a doctor.

It especially happens when u have bad cold, when the mucous becomes thick & gets trapped into the sinuses, blocking the free flow of air. U need to use Otrivin drops/spray (for 5 days max.), put a drop into each nostril, followed by steam inhalation, at least thrice daily. In addition to this, u need to get some muco regulatory syrup to loosen up the thick mucous. At night, sleep in an elevated position, where the body's trunk is high, so that breathing becomes much easier.

Go to the ER at Jackson Memorial! Nosebleeds can have several causes, including high blood pressure, a deviated septum, or tumor. Jackson is a public hospital with an ENT program. They charge little or nothing at all if you meet income eligibility requirements.
