No. Mexico is for the most part broke. They have never built any significant industries or become known as the leaders in any particular business fields. As a result the people live in poverty seemingly with no desire to improve conditions in their own country! All of witch may be a sad thing to witness but it is not the United States problem. God (and the U.S.) helps those that help themselves.

Yes. Mexico does not hire their own people to work in the oil industry. Mexico is loaded with oil, and they hire people from foreign countries, never an American-Mexican.

I would say the same thing, but just keep in mind that they are just seeking for attention. People from Mexico don't know any better.
