You have to find out what county they divorced in. Contact that court house, ask for records department. There might be a small fee to pay. Its public information.

Do you know the city in which the divorce was finalized? The records department at the court house in that city or the county court house should have it. Otherwise write to the state records division they should have it on file there. You should be able to google the address you need. In any case there is usually a fee for the copying.
