there is no restart option is there a key on the keyboard to restart it?
like and F key or something?

Right Click on task bar > Task Manager > Shut Down > Restart
(assuming XP)

Some keyboards have extra buttons and one of them might be shutdown, restart, sleep, or hibernate. But, you could press Control+alt+ delete (or control+shift+esc) and then click on Shut Down and click restart.

press ctrl-alt-del at the same time. when the task window pops up choose restart if there is not an option press ctrl-alt- del 2 times and the com will restart

ctl+alt+del or ctl+shift+esc
go to the menu shutdown and click restart simple as that
this works with all windows OSs

open Task Manager hit on da svchost files hit on end task da pc will restart

You can hit...
CTRL + ALT + DELETE
or
ALT + F4 at your desktop. This command can also close programs immediately
