Contact the clerk of the court in the state and county where the divorce was filed. If it is public record you can get a copy, if it is sealed, then you can't.

Your parents decree is between the both of them...If you have any concern with it then sit them down and talk to them of how you feel...Im sure they will fill you in on what they feel comfortable letting you know...No one will ever give you or anyone a copy..has to be one of your parents..Talk to them..Tell them what you are needing to know..Just be honest with them ok...I do pray God will lead you in this time of your life...God bless

starla is correct. chances are, it is public record. they will charge a nominal fee for copies.
