For just the area specified:
If you use dermablend on the area needed (concealer) then set it with the dermablend setting powder your color will be even and will not rubb off on clothing.
For full body:
I agree with getting a Mistic Tan (spray tan.)
I am a professional Makeup artist and always tell my clients to get the spray tan starting at least two weeks before the wedding so they can see the outcome. If the client needs a second spray she can go a week before so the color wears off a bit (in case of any problems)......exfoliate before you do so and make sure to moisturize your skin each day to keep your tan lasting and to look natural!

Just keep on getting natural tans, you'll eventually darken up some but other than that sunbeds and fake tans are the only way to go. You look fine pale anyway so don't worry about it, it's better than being orange.

Some tanning salons will offer spray on tans. You could call around your area and ask any questions you might have. Tell them it's for your wedding so you must look good.

i would not recommend any fake lotions or foam tans, especially for your wedding. they always come out blotchy no matter where their from. if anything a mystic tan at a salon. bare minerals makeup also works great for blotchy skin.

The best option is to go to one of those spray on places - it's really even and doesn't come out streaky or too orange. Good Luck!
