Wondering if anyone out there has used either of these products before. I want to sew or iron on some reflective tape on some of my son's clothes (visiblity when he is biking). I just don't want to waste my money on the wrong one. Thanks everyone!

Oh get the sew on if its going to be on any piece of clothing that would get washed. The iron on type will get loose after a few months of washing. Or... get the Iron on type, and after ironing it on, sew over it. lol....

But any sew on type will last longer.

Sew on will be most durable, especially if you plan on washing the garment. While the water won't eradicate the glue, it is the agitation which can let glued appliques lose their grip.
