I had spotting at 6 and 8 weeks, it lasted both time for about 2 or 3 days, and was very light. It was pinkish red also. I now have a healthy three month old. It is possible to have spotting which can be implantation bleeding. It is best to go to your doctor sooner than two weeks though, just in case. If you can't see your doctor, then I would go to the hospital, just to be sure. Since you also have cramping I would certainly get checked out sooner than later.

Yeah, those are the symptoms of a miscarriage. Have you been under stress or something? I would call a doctor and see what they say. Just rest and drink lots of fluids and eat iron to gain back your strength. If you lose blood, you will need iron supplements.

It can be normal but I hate to say this you could be having a miscarriage. Call your doctor and tell them what is going on. Also take another test just in case.
