network and find out if a friend of a friend works at a salon that would be willing to get swamped with girls for a few hours. You could have a makeover party, sort of like the pre-wedding bridal parties that bridesmaids have. You could also look into beauty and cosmetic schools in the area, and see if perhaps their "students" would be willing to experiment on you all!

You could have one of her friends mom's host an Avon or Mary Kay bash, If there is a Merel Norman at the mall they used to do makeover parties - you'd have to confirm. There is always a Movie and lunch, Bowling, Mini Golf or go to a local Hi-end mall have all the girls dress a little fancy, window shop and have a tea party in the Food Court. Good Luck!

You should have a sleepover. have popcorn which cost 99 cents, rent a scary movie and a comedy/chick flick (recom. Hairspray or the Lake House) you could paint each other toe nails or give each other facials. Play truth or dare! Tell secrets. If you have a pool go swimming. Put on the radio and have a dance party, tell your friends to bring cds and play them. Order pizza- Little Ceasers- hot and ready pizza is $5 And all of that is definitlely in a budget!!

I turn fourteen in March, so I know where you're coming from. Why don't you have a spa party? You and your friends could go spend the day at a spa. Do manicures, pedicures, hot tubs, and whatever else that spa offers. Or you could go all around town, doing different pampering stuff and makeovers.

THe easiset ideas are to go to the cinema, or bowling. A shopping spree would also fit your style.
You could do a number of recreational activities.
Combine some of these together and you will have a great day!

New Style Party - Take them to the Beauty Salon for new hair styles. Get the beauticians to work with their hair without cutting or bleaching it.

The mall, course. Tell everyone to bring $20 each and let your parents pay $5 bucks or more. Afterwards, reserve a place at like Olive Garden or, better yet, a Chinese buffet!!!!!!

Arrange for a limo to pick you and your friends up, take you to a spa, get your hair done, facials, massages... . Then go to a nice resturaunt and then to the mall. Then have the limo bring you and your friends home. Happy Birthday!

i know that in l.a. there is a place called Olivia's Dollhouse, where you can bring a bunch of girls. they have dress-up clothes, do your makeup for you, and then serve you lunch in mini sizes. it's a lot of fun.
