What point shall I mention? This title really confused me, because all the difference I can see is the multicellular are composed of much more cells. But how are they different in their cells? Pls help!

Often, certain cells within a multicellular eukaryote will be concentrated on a certain aspect of living- organs are one example of this in higher critters.
Unicellular Euk.'s have to do everything for themselves.

yes they contain all the three. but there are differences. 1. the nucleus in eukaryotes is membrane bound but in prokaryotes, it is not membrane bound. 2. ribosomes in eukaryotes are both 70s and 80s. but in prokaryotes, only 70s ribosomes are present. 3. cytoplasm is compartmental in eukaryotes as there are membrane bound cell organelles. i.e phopholipid membranes are seperating the cytoplasm. cytoplasm is not compartmental in prokaryotes as there are no membrane boun cell organelles.
