When driving home today, I saw something I had never seen before. It was a teen skateboarding, but it was something rare. They actually had a helmet on! OMG! I have never seen that outside of the TV or at a skatepark, have you?

Maybe the teen WANTED to follow the laws? I mean, not everyone is bad. I wore my helmet all the time when I was skateboarding or riding my bike. I remember my mom saying I'll get a ticket if I get caught by the police. Haha!! Kids these days. And, I've seen tons wearing helmets at skateparks. It's the #1 rule. Tony Hawk wears one... Uh, and some other people wear 'em. Why can't you leave those little suckers alone? Gosh~ It's against the law I bet. I don't know since I don't live where you live. If you see some guy with a skateboard, wearing a helmet, just ignore him. Not like it's gonna kill ya to let it go.

Yeah, I see that about 25% of the time--no helmets the rest of the time.

lol i have seen that., in some places the law or bylaw say people must wear helmet

probably a law...I know kids are supposed to wear helmets even riding a bike....I'm glad I was a kid years ago....and didnt have to wear a helmet
